LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you're going to arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. Appointments are scheduled half hour intervals to ensure that every customer is getting adequate and consistent time spent on their hair needs. We understand that situations happen, so if you're going to be late, please call and we'll do our best to work with you. If you're outside of the 15 minute window and don't call, your appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and will be charged as so.
CANCELLATION POLICY
HAVE TO CANCEL? WE GET IT. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the original appointment start time without any penalty. For late cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment start time, or client no-shows, the client is responsible for 100% of the scheduled service cost.
