Have to cancel? We get it! Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the original appointment start time without penalty. For late cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment start time or no-shows, the client may be responsible for the entire scheduled service cost at the barbers discretion. Appointments arriving later than 15 minutes of the start time without notice will need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the entire cost of the service(s) booked.
